Branch cleaning that reflects the brand your customers trust.

Customers judge a bank by how it looks before they speak to anyone. We keep lobbies, teller lines, advisor offices and restrooms spotless on a written schedule, with inspection reports your branch managers and facilities team can use. The company is led by Brandon J. Richardson, who has spent 16 years in credit unions and banking.

We speak banking

We know how a bank runs.

Branch managers, facilities teams and executives tell us the same things. This is how we plan for them.

Customers and clients first

Every task is judged by one question: what does a customer see when they walk in? Glass, floors, teller counters and waiting areas are checked the way a customer would check them.

One standard across the branch network

A branch network is only as strong as its weakest location. Every branch gets the same written scope and the same scorecard, so regional and facilities managers can compare locations at a glance.

Ready for your vendor file

Banks have to vet their vendors. We carry liability insurance and workers’ compensation, with proof of coverage on request. Tell us what else your vendor review needs.

After-hours, by your procedures

We clean after close and follow your key, alarm and access procedures to the letter. Lights, doors and alarms are checked at the end of every visit, and problems are reported, never left behind.

Reports for branch managers and executives

Each report shows what passed, what did not, who owns each fix and when it will be done. Forward it to a branch manager, a regional lead or your executive team as it is.

Offices as well as lobbies

Advisor and loan offices, conference rooms and back offices get the same attention as the lobby, because clients meet you there.

What clients say

The branch looked and smelled so good yesterday! I noticed as soon as I walked in. I checked our usual “problem areas” and it was all spotless. We all really appreciate your work and attention to those small details!

Quality assurance

Every branch is scored, and you see the score.

We walk each branch the way a customer does, then score it against a 36-point checklist that includes entrance glass, ATMs and kiosks, restrooms and the first impression. Anything that fails gets an owner and a fix-by date, and it stays on your report until it is done.

Questions

What bank teams ask.

Can you clean after we close and work with our alarm and key procedures?

Yes. We plan access with you at the walkthrough and follow your instructions for keys, alarms and lock-up. Doors, lights and alarms are checked at the end of every visit, and any problem is reported, never left behind.

What do you provide for our vendor file?

Swift Cleaning Services carries liability insurance and workers’ compensation, and we can provide proof of coverage on request. Tell us at the walkthrough what else your vendor review requires.

We have several branches. Can one company handle all of them?

Yes. Each branch gets its own written scope and schedule, scored on the same checklist, with one point of contact for the whole account.

How will our branch managers or executives know the work is being done?

Through inspection reports. Each report shows what passed, what did not, who owns each fix and when it will be done, and you can forward it as it is.

Do you work with credit unions too?

Yes. Credit unions have their own page, written for members and how credit unions run.

Where do you work?

Across the entire Kansas City Metro, on both the Kansas and Missouri sides of the state line.
