Branch cleaning that shows your members you care.

Members form an opinion of your branch before they ever reach a teller. We keep lobbies, member service desks, teller lines and restrooms ready for them, on a written schedule, and the company is led by someone who has served as CEO of two credit unions.

We speak credit union

We know who you answer to.

Your members, your board and your examiners all notice the building. These are the things branch teams tell us matter most.

Members first

Every task is judged by one question: what does a member see when they walk in? Glass, floors, teller counters and lobby seating are checked the way a member would check them.

Ready for your board

Your CEO, board and supervisory committee can ask for proof the building is cared for. Our inspection reports are written so you can forward them as they are.

After-hours, by your rules

We clean around your branch hours and follow your key, alarm and access procedures to the letter. Lights, doors and alarms are checked at close on every visit.

Member-facing equipment

ATMs, ITMs, kiosks and lobby equipment dusted and smudge-free, because members use them with their hands and notice them with their eyes.

One standard, every branch

More than one location? Every branch gets the same written scope and the same scorecard, with one point of contact for the whole credit union.

Annual meetings and events

Tell us about annual meetings, member appreciation days and grand openings. We build those into your scope instead of scrambling the week before.

From the CEO’s chair

Run by someone who has sat where you sit.

Brandon J. Richardson, owner and CEO of Swift Cleaning Services, has served as CEO of two credit unions. He knows what a member notices when they walk in, what a board asks about at the next meeting, and how quickly a tired lobby becomes a conversation in the boardroom.

That is why Swift Cleaning Services works from a written scope, scores every account against a checklist and sends you the results. The company carries liability insurance and workers’ compensation. You should never have to wonder whether your branch was cleaned.

Quality assurance

Every branch is scored, and you see the score.

We walk each branch the way a member does, then score it against a 36-point checklist that includes entrance glass, ATMs and kiosks, restrooms and the first impression. Anything that fails gets an owner and a fix-by date, and it stays on your report until it is done.

Questions

What credit union teams ask.

Can you clean after we close and work with our alarm and key procedures?

Yes. We plan access with you at the walkthrough and follow your instructions for keys, alarms and lock-up. Doors, lights and alarms are checked at the end of every visit, and any problem is reported, never left behind.

Do you also clean banks?

Yes. Banks have their own page, written for how banks run. The scope, crew and inspections are the same standard.

We have several branches. Can one company handle all of them?

Yes. Each branch gets its own written scope and schedule, scored on the same checklist, with one point of contact for the whole account.

How will our board or management know the work is being done?

Through inspection reports. Each report shows what passed, what did not, who owns each fix and when it will be done, and you can forward it as it is.

Are you insured?

Yes. Swift Cleaning Services carries liability insurance and workers’ compensation. Ask us for proof of coverage at the walkthrough.

Where do you work?

Across the entire Kansas City Metro, on both the Kansas and Missouri sides of the state line.
